Recipe:

1/2 Head of Cabbage julienne
1/2 Carrot julienne
2 tbsp Cilantro 
1 lb shrimp
1 lb chicken breast
2 oz. soy sauce
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp olive oil

Simple Keto Chicken & Dumplings

Chicken Stew: 
2 Spanish onions
2 large carrots
4 stalks of celery
1 med. turnip
6 chicken thighs
2 tbsp oil
4 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried thyme
2 C chicken stock

Fat Head Dough Dumplings:
1 egg yolk
1 tsp baking powder
1 c mozzarella
1/2 c almond flour

Low-Carb Cheddar Bay Biscuits


This is my favorite low-carb bread recipe thus far. Low-carb or not, it's just an amazing biscuit that is great for any time of day. I store them in an airtight container and use them as a bread for breakfast sandwiches and then of course for dinner. 

Recipe:
2 Eggs
1/2 C Cheddar Cheese
4 Tbsp Water
2 Tbsp Butter (melted)
1/2 tsp Old Bay
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Parsley
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Half & Half or Milk or Cream
4 tbsp coconut flour

350 Degrees for 20-25 minutes

Low-Carb Lasagna with Fathead Dough Noodles


If you have been following a ketogenic diet or just a low-carb diet overall then you may have heard of the 'fathead dough'. This dough is grain free, gluten free, sugar free and seems like an all around saving grace for those on a restricted diet. 

In this video I made "fathead noodles" for a homemade sausage lasagna. This is a delicious and hearty recipe sure to fill you up.

If you're on a strict low-carb diet and think you can't have fried chicken anymore, this is the perfect recipe for you. Here I show you how to make amazing keto fried chicken wings. You won't miss having to dredge your wings in flour. 

Recipe:
2 cups coconut flour
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoke paprika
1 tsp dried herbs
2 tsp salt
pepper to taste

Refrigerate leftover flour mix in a container or storage bag.

Secret Coconut Curry Chicken Recipe

Hey foodies. This is one of my favorite coconut curry recipes. I love anything with coconut milk and this curry chicken is no exception. If you've never had a coconut curry....I'm going to need you to go ahead and grab the ingredients below:

Recipe:
1 Pack of Chicken (about 7-10 pieces)
2 Peppers 
2 Yellow Onions or 1 Spanish Onion
1 tbsp each - Garlic & Onion Powder
2 tbsp Curry Powder
Salt & Pepper
5 cloves or 2 tbsp. Minced Garlic
1-2 tsp. minced Ginger
1/2 c - 3/4 c Coconut Milk
Olive Oil as needed

An important step in this process is how you finish the sauce. Make sure to thicken it by bringing it to high heat until the chicken is browned and the sauce has thickened.
